Whirl Series are designed and manufactured for tube cutting, mainly used for processing of circular tube, square tube, oval tube and other kinds of special shaped products. It supplys good solution for tube cutting with its good performance.

Whirl Model Features:
-Can cut cylindrical holes in different direction and with different diameters on main tube; Meet the branch pipe axis intersect with the vertical head axis eccentricity and eccentric.
-Can cut the curve cutting cylindrical end in the pipe end; meet the branch pipe axis intersect with the vertical head axis eccentricity and eccentric, as well as the tilt intersection.
-Can cut oblique cutting face on tube end.
-Can cut branch pipe axis end which intersected with the circular main pipe.
-Can cut through square tubes and realize 360 degree rotation cutting.
-Can cut square hole and waist shape hole on circular tube.
-1000W,2000W is available
-7m,10m is available, also can customize the length based on clients' requirement.

Auto Focus Cutting Head

Auto focus cutting head by El.En Group features with smart piercing and piercing detection functions that greatly reduce setting-up time and increase the efficiency. Adopt  cutting  head  special  for  3D/pipe  laser  cutting  ,  and  matched  with  capacitor non-contact automatic  tracking system. Cuttinghead can  adjust  height  along  with  changing shape of work pieces, which don’t affect the cutting work. Highly improved Z axis reply speed and processing efficiency.


Machine Body

WHIRL is composed by machine base, automatic clamp rotate chuck, diameter changing support system, chiller system, pneumatic system, fume exhaust system, and security guard system ect.

Using  the  structure  dynamic  design  principle  and  the  variational  principle  and  finite element method to design the machine tool base which has excellent dynamic and static characteristics. Base is made of high quality steel plate and weld with pipe material to become frame structure , after the welding of large professional OEM partners, secondary aging treatment, large gantry milling machine precision machining, the design and processing means to ensure that the machine has good shock resistance, high rigidity and stability.

Auto clamping rotation chuck

The main machine body matched two jaw chuck, which all are auto clamping ones. Bellow,

the left side shows the main chuck and deputy chuck, and the right side shows the middle chuck.

Structural Dynamic Design and Variate Analysis technology of Finite Element Method enable the base own outstanding dynamic and static features. The frame-structure base is made with high quality steel plates by professional OEM partners through welding, secondary aging treatment and precision machining by large-scale gantry-structure milling machine. The Penta PLUS System is complete with is front-end software: Z32 Control System. This software has been developed within the Windows XP Professional environment. It eliminates the possibility of memory overrun.
